The Getaway

The Getaway (or, how not to shoot)

  1. Oh no, you got it wrong, Igor >>> this IS how to shoot >>> I love this!!! What do I like about it? Well, first, I agree with Anna about the grain and colour – wow, do it, just do it! And the tilt away from the horizontal (had you been drinking??? … I hope so … 🙂 ) certainly adds to the feeling of unreality, as do those faintly seen, “stacked up” parked cars in the backdrop.

So as my eyes come in on the left side of the image and move right, they take in all of these things before they get to the Master Blaster, the (unknown and anonymous) man frantically exiting stage right. What is happening? Earthquake? Nuclear attack? Pursuit by angry wife or, far worse, drunken photographer???!!! 🙂

Quite simply, my friend, I love this. It is another look at the world, something new and fresh, and it raises many questions too. Adrian

    • Adrian, I love your review. Hilarious and valuable. The drunken photographer theory … well, it shall remain secret 😉 haha. I’m glad to hear your feedback and that you enjoyed the image. Also, I’ll go with pursuit by angry wife! Thank you again, my friend 🙂

What do you think? Tell me, pleeease ...
