  1. Yes, ksbeth, it does look like an eye – I wouldn’t have seen that either – thanks!

    Igor – strong, graphic image, and I like it. As well as the strong elements, I also very much like the “veins” that ksbeth has alluded to, and the faint purplish periphery that surrounds the light’s halo – I think this colour adds a lot to the shot. Adrian

    • Thank you, Adrian. The veins come from applying light texturing to the image. I decided to leave some of the color from the edit, but lowered the saturation to make a bit subdued. I tried mono, but this particular shot seemed to get “too flat” in that mode, if that makes any sense 🙂
