Lazy Sunday

Beach, sunset on a lazy Sunday, a hot summer day

  1. Well here’s a departure for you I think – a good idea and well executed. Having the single larger, portrait format image upper right works well – maybe it acts as an anchor, or a point of entry, for the others.

Those top two pictures – are they mono, or mono + colour, or simply colour? Its hard to tell, but they work well. A good set of images, a good take on the subject. I enjoy your photography. Adrian

    • Hi Adrian, thank you. This is a departure from what I’ve been posting, you’re correct 🙂 The image with the jogger I applied a sepia filter with vignette. The other picture with the woman running away from the water is color, but desaturated and with a little vignette as well.

I’d been visiting a friend there and after an early dinner, she wanted to see the sunset over the ocean … a whole two blocks away from where we were! A relaxed and lazy afternoon with these images to cap it off.

    • By the way, the image arrangement is automatic with the WordPress gallery setting of “Tiled Mosaic” and forcing a random order. I think the arrangement changes whenever the page is refreshed 🙂

What do you think? Tell me, pleeease ...
